Aard-ige workshops voor kinderen 1

Did you know that paint is made from soil and flowers? Come along to the aard-ige workshops to experiment and learn together!

Aard-ig is a series of creative workshops focused on connecting with nature. Over the course of three inspiring workshops, children will experiment with various natural materials from the local environment, such as soil, grass, flowers, plants, trees and water.

The workshops are aimed at children aged 4–12 from Charlois who are keen to discover nature through art and who enjoy interacting with other children and families, the local community and the natural environment. Parents are also welcome to take part in the workshops, as long as they participate actively.

Participation is free, but registration is required. If you choose to buy a donation ticket, you will be supporting Dokhuis and helping us to keep other events free as well.

Please note! Make sure you register your child separately for each session. You will find the registration links under the relevant events on the programme page.

The workshops are led by Carmen José. Carmen José (born 1991 in Spain) is an illustrator, teacher and organiser with a passion for our connection to the Earth. Through her artistic practice, she enjoys helping children and adults to connect with nature and their surroundings.
