Antifa - Schulter an Schulter is a documentary about the rise of Antifa groups in (Eastern) Germany in the early 90's. After the fall of the wall, fascism flared up throughout Germany and refugee shelters were attacked on many places throughout the east. Leftists responded by forming groups to defend these shelters and confront the fascists in the street. The documentary reflects on the experiences of those involved and evaluates their successes and failures.
