Every wednesday Catu will host queer self defence skillshares.

We ask you to be mindful that this is a FLINTA+ centered event, that means the event is mainly for women, lesbians, intersex, non-binary, trans and agender people.

Bring a towel, waterbottle and boxing gloves (optional).
