What can you expect?

A gathering where a (30-year) experienced nurse will share knowledge, practical information, tips, and even "out-of-the-box" applications, tailored to our target group, work, and common situations.

Nitai wants to make you confident and independent, rather than teaching you a few tricks.

We will practice the most important skills, such as CPR, the recovery position, and the Heimlich hold.

Nitai's intention is to deliver quality through knowledge transfer in a relaxed session. Not an "official" first aid course with a certificate, but a kind of "Skills Lab."

Of course, there will also be time for a break to enjoy a drink and let the impressions sink in.

We will ask if you are comfortable being touched

Wear Comfortable clothes and yoga mat if you have one!
